Vehicles parked in red fires zones will be towed without warning.
All vehicles parked within the community must display a valid parking sticker, or guest pass, unless they are parked in a garage.

If you have multiple guests for a get-together -- where do they park? Is there any off site parking close by? Such as the main road outside of the complex??
